| This is the stepper controller board I built. It hooks to the serial port of the PC and uses a 18F series PIC from Microchip. The stepper controller ICs are L293D at the moment. The PC power supply in the back is used for circuit power (5Volts) and the 12 Volts to drive the steppers. |
