A few shots of the AP-Disengage Bar with switches installed:
Its built from 3 rocker switches (permanent action), a piece of PCB material where the switches get mouted on, and the Disengage Bar made with a Hot Glue Gun (see prev. galleries).

The bar in normal position (all 3 autopilots on)...
and in off position (pysically disconnects all three autopilots on a real plane.
The holes in the bar where the switches get stuck into are drilled with a slight angle. This was to make the bar horizontal (when installed, would be vertical in this picture) in AP on while the rocker switches move from maybe +20 degrees to -20 degrees.
